Júlio C. Felix is responsible for managing and intermediating all of Hilab's relationships with public agencies and civil society organizations.
Júlio is a Civil Engineer specializing in construction pathology. He has been dedicated to science, technology, innovation, and quality for decades. He has already worked at Inmetro, the Brazilian Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Brazilian Ministry of Health. He also served as director and, finally, CEO of the Paraná Institute of Technology (Tecpar) for 8 years. Here at Hi, Júlio's biggest challenge is to strengthen Hilab's relationship with Federal Government institutions.
