Hellen Carvalho is responsible for ensuring the success of Hilab's partners and millions of patients.
She is a production engineer from Positivo University and is studying for an MBA in Business Management at USP. Hellen started herhistory at Hilab at age 16, as an intern. Since joining the company, she has worked in the areas of Operations, Quality Management, COMEX, and Marketing, and for the last 4 years, she has dedicated herself to structuring Hilab's commercial operations. Her greatest achievement has been reaching the company's board of directors, alongside professionals, she admires so much. Her big challenge was in 2020 when Hilab had to adapt to the new demands for COVID-19 exams in a few weeks.
