Production and Logistics Director

Giovanni ensures the operation of production and logistics at Hilab, making these operations scalable and flexible because of the company's growth, but always with robust and sustainable processes. His focus is to develop the team, create a good working environment and maintain Hilab ’s culture (that we call “Hiness”).

He has a degree in Business Administration, Physical Education, and a postgraduate degree in Logistics Operations. He has 30 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations. He worked for large consumer goods companies and since May 2020, he accepted the challenge at Hilab. His first objective was to help the production team increase the daily capacity from 1,000 exams to 150,000, hire more than 170 people, changing the operation to 2 shifts, and creating a logistics delivery of 5 million exams.
