Carlos is a co-founder of Hilab and has over 15 years of experience in the Business and People Development area. Today, his main role here at Hi is to support professionals and guide leaders towards a humanized approach to their teams, following the company's culture.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from PUCPR, a postgraduate degree in People Administration from UFPR, and a Masters in Administration - Strategy/Innovation from PUCPR. He has been at Hilab since 2006 and that is why he has closely followed the entire development and growth of the Hi team, which at that time had only 7 employees. Here, he has worked in several areas of the company, directly coordinating the areas of Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Finance, Assets, Supply Chain and Legal. Today he serves as COO at Hilab, coordinating the leaders of each team.
